Initial Design Consultation

Note: A Discovery Call is always the first step! Do not book this unless we have already done a Discovery Call together.

After the Discovery Call EVERY project kicks off with an Initial Consultation, whether it's big or small, in-person or virtual. We're here to help, however you need us.
Follow these Simple Steps to Book your Consultation:

1. Purchase this package
2. Schedule the Consultation
3. Gather a few Inspiration Images
4. Discuss Level of "Investment" with all parties involved
5. GET EXCITED!

(You MUST have had a "Discovery Call" with us prior to a consult.)
What to Expect from the Initial Consult:

• One hour at your home (or virtually) to discuss as many spaces as you'd like. It's often best if we can walk through or talk about the top 5 spaces you are looking to prioritize, however we often have time to walk through more if you are looking for a larger scope of work.
• This design consultation is a vital step in our design process as it will allow Lisa and her team, to meet you, walk through your home and lay eyes on the spaces you are looking for us to work on. This is also a great time for us explain our design process to ensure our approach is a good fit and in alignment with your needs (please review our Welcome Kit before we come!)
• After our consultation, Lisa will review your project and create a Proposal specifically tailored to your project. This will outline our design fee, estimated furnishings investment, project timeline and pay schedule. You will receive this proposal from us approximately one week after our Consultation. We will provide a day and time to follow up with you to review and answer any questions you have so that we can identify next steps and set a project start date.
• If you are looking at a kitchen or bathroom project, please make sure to review those consultation packages!

How to Prep Best for the Initial Consultation to Maximize Results:

• Prepare some "Inspiration Images" to review with Lisa during your consultation to help define your design style and vision for the space.
• Gather all parties involved in this design project (spouse/partner, roommate, family, children, etc.) and have a conversation about your level of investment for this project BEFORE Lisa arrives. If you don't know 100%, that's okay. It's best to discuss how much time, energy and money you think you'd like to invest into this project so that Lisa can determine which design service would be best for you.
