Note: A Discovery Call is always the first step! Do not book this unless we have already done a Discovery Call together.

We are currently only accepting kitchen, bath and construction projects with clients who are also working with us on full service design in other spaces. This means if we are decorating at least one full space within your home then you may add on a kitchen or bath.

This multifaceted service will provide you with the perfect Design Plan for your Kitchen or Bathroom renovation, pulled together by Lisa and her LHI Design Team!
*This package requires new cabinetry in the space. If you are not looking for new cabinetry, try our "Kitchen & Bathroom Refresh" service.
*We are currently taking "Renovation" Consults for spring construction dates. We can begin the process now, however our team is booked out 12-15 weeks.
*THIS IS FOR DESIGN FEE ONLY. Project management through the build phase is charged hourly.
Note: Kitchen renovation projects typically start at $100k and Main Bathroom renovations typically start at $30k
What to Expect from a "Kitchen or Bathroom Renovation" Consultation
*You must first book a FREE "Discovery Call" before you can purchase a Renovation Consultation

• Purchase the service and schedule your consult using the calendar displayed. This consultation is a series of three visits to your home, you will schedule the first visit with Lisa through this appointment tab.
• Lisa will come to your home for an initial walkthrough of your space for an Idea Session. Together we'll discuss your space, changes you'd like to make and talk about inspiration images and what your vision is for your new space.
• Lisa will schedule a second visit to bring in her kitchen team, including all the designers and trades men and women it will take to execute a remodel - we call this our "Trade Day". *There will be additional costs if we need a Structural Engineer report for the project
• After all information has been gathered, Lisa will schedule a third meeting to present all aspects of the project as well as her recommendations for moving forward. During this meeting Lisa will provide you with material selections, conceptual furnishings, fixtures and finishes, renderings and drawings of your new kitchen or bathroom so that you can visualize the beautiful end result.

When it's all said and done, you'll have:

1. Actual material samples selected by Lisa specific to your style, wants and dreams for your project (tile, countertop, cabinet finishes).
2. An actual bids and investment figures from our talented Trades men and women who will be working on your project so that you know and understand what it costs to do what you are looking to do.
3. Design insight driven by Lisa and our LHI Design Team.
4. Conceptual Design Board to display your kitchen or bathroom project on a cohesive level throughout.
5. Actual renderings of your new kitchen or bathroom layout and look so that you can conceptually visualize the beautiful end result.
6. Guidance, feedback and insight from Lisa on how to proceed with the project so that you are comfortable, confident and knowledgable about your project.

Many times, our clients move on to schedule their project with us, but sometimes, our clients just need to get to gather information to see if this project is something they can (or even want to) do. Either way, we are thrilled to help you with your design. We are 100% on your team and want to help however we can - no pressure!
